Hi, I am here to tell you about Hands & Voices Guide By Your Side TM of PA.

Hands & Voices Guide By Your Side TM of PA is dedicated to supporting families and their children who are deaf or hard of hearing. The program links families of infants and toddlers who are newly identified with deafness or hearing loss with trained and experienced Parent Guides. Parent Guides are other parents of children with deafness or hearing loss who provide unbiased information, emotional support, and a perspective of optimism and hope on a shared journey. Each Parent Guide received specialized training and is able to be personally compassionate while making the family’s needs their primary focus. Parent Guides provide unbiased information about communication options, resources, and emotional support to empower families to ensure that their children reach their highest potential.

We confidentially support families according to their unique needs at no cost to the family. There are three ways to enroll in Hands & Voices Guide By Your Side (GBYS)TM of PA:

  • The first way is to complete the GBYS referral form at: www.paearlyhearing.org
  • The second ways is to call the Hands & Voices Guide By Your Side of PA Program Coordinator 717-541-4960 x3908
  • The last way is to email Anne Gaspich at agaspich@pattan.net

Thank you.
