The guides were a collaborative effort between the National Family Association for Deaf-Blind (NFADB), the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, and the Perkins Research Librarian, Jennifer Arnott. They are the result of ongoing conversations about the need for resources for adults with deaf-blindness and their families and include an overview of programs and services and information about specific topics relevant to adults who are deaf-blind.
