Pennsylvania DeafBlind Project: Family Learning Conference 2026
On behalf of the PA DeafBlind Project, we are thrilled to announce that registration for the 2026 Family Learning Conference (FLC) is now OPEN!
Join us for a meaningful and engaging experience designed especially for families of children and youth who are deafblind. This year’s conference will take place on June 26–27, 2026, at the Penn Stater in State College, PA. We look forward to bringing our community together for connection, learning, and support.
About The Conference
If your child has combined vision and hearing needs, your family (parents/guardians, siblings and child with deafblindness) is welcome to join us for our hybrid weekend learning conference! Come experience sharing, caring, and learning together with staff from the Pennsylvania DeafBlind Project, PaTTAN, and other families living with deafblindness.

To register, your child must have a combined vision and hearing need, be between the ages of 0–21 and be a resident of Pennsylvania.
Registration Details:
- Registration is open now through May 1, 2026
- A confirmation email will be sent after you complete your registration
- Please note: Printed brochures will not be mailed this year
