Did you know that every state has a program to help people with disabilities and others explore, find and get the tools and technology they need? These tools may be needed for school, work, and life in the community. TechOWL PA is our state program. The “OWL” stands for Our Whole Lives. TechOWL PA has assistive technology and services that serve every age group and every disability. Through TechOWL PA you can get demonstrations, borrow equipment for free, and receive free landline phones and wireless products, if you have a qualifying disability and meet the income guidelines.

If you are Deaf/Blind you may qualify for free equipment to help you with your telecommunication needs. TechOWL PA you can learn what technology may help you to live, work and go to school more independently. Technology makes doing things more easy. If you have a disability, technology can make doing things possible. For more information on what programs are available, go to www.techowlpa.org
