What is The Link?

The Link provides a wide array of services for people of any age with a disability or anyone over the age of 60 years old…living in Allegheny County.

The Link can provide you…or the people who support you…information and help with housing…in-home services…employment…transportation…and other services that will help you maintain your independence…dignity… and quality of life.

In addition, a person who is hard of hearing may contact the Link in search of resources for hearing aids or auxiliary aids

The Link staff members are professional…knowledgeable…and friendly.

They will assist you in determining if you meet the eligibility criteria for different programs and services.

They can also help you decide what programs and services best meet your needs …if needed ….they help you in completing the paperwork necessary to apply for those programs and services.

Once you submit your applications…the Link staff member will follow up with you to make sure you are receiving… or are in the process of receiving…those services or programs.

If you need an interpreter for your visit with us…please contact us ahead of time and make an appointment so that we can be sure an interpreter is available.

Business hours are available weekdays from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
