Center for Hearing & Deaf Services, Inc. (HDS), a non-profit agency, has evolved over 100 years to provide a wide range of professional services for people who are Deaf, Dead-Blind, and Hard of Hearing. Locations in Pittsburgh, Greensburg and Erie. Services include day program for individuals with intellectual disabilities, interpreting services, and ASL Lessons.
iCanConnect is a special free program to help people who have combined hearing and vision loss to access telephone, advanced communications and information services. There are income requirements for this program.

44-bed inpatient treatment program. Provide ASL interpreting services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing patients and support from Deaf peer counselors. Treatment aims are to provide a psychologically and physically safe environment for recovery, facilitate stabilization of patient emotionally and physically, explore choices and motivation for sober living, develop strategies and resources to carry out change, facilitate chemical dependency education and information services.
